FLUUKY is a social impact company which incentivises people to help reforestation efforts. Each time you plant a tree with FLUUKY, you enter a draw to win luxury prizes. We call it draws with a cause!

Purchase a ticket to plant one or several trees, and you will automatically be entered into the draw to win luxury prizes.

We’re located in Bahrain and are regulated by the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

We plant trees in partnership with WeForest, a leading social impact organisation on the ground, restoring threatened forests and landscapes in tropical regions and biodiversity hotspots. Once you purchase a tree to plant and grow, you can actively see and track the location of your trees on the WeForest website. All trees are planted and nurtured by WeForest, one of the world’s biggest global initiatives for reforestation.

Currently, this option is not possible, but we are working with our partners to make it possible in the future.

You will be able to track the trees by location, and the WeForest website includes satellite pictures of the locations.

You can do that on the WeForest website for the exact program FLUUKY is involved in.

With every purchase, you will receive a certificate with the location of the trees you planted and the program that you supported.

Simply select the luxury draw you want to enter, select the number of tickets you want to purchase, make the payment, and you’re all set!

Yes, we have a monthly subscription based on the carbon emission prediction calculator, which you can find here. Enter your household usage information, see your predicted carbon emissions, and subscribe to the custom-made plan for your tree planting to match your household emissions.

Currently, this is not possible, but this option will be available soon.

You can plant as many trees as you want to make a tangible impact.

Draws are conducted online using third-party software, and regulated by the Ministry Of Commerce in the Kingdom of Bahrain to ensure transparency. All draws will be conducted within a maximum of 7 business days after all tickets are sold.

Draws are run as soon as the specific number of tickets per draw is sold out.

Winners are selected by an automatic randomised online draw of all the participants of the particular campaign.

Winners will be notified via email and receive a phone call from the FLUUKY team within 48 hours.

You can take part in a draw only by growing trees and doing your part for the future longevity of our planet.

We will do whatever we can to reach the winner, but if we do not receive a response within 30 days, the winner will be considered forfeited as per our terms and conditions.

The cost to plant a tree is 3.8 BHD.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, and Google Pay

When you sign up, you will need to verify your mobile number or email address. It’s a quick and easy process. Once you complete all the steps, you will be able to view your impact and manage everything from your profile page.

You can reset your password using your email address. Simply click ‘forgot password’ and follow the next steps.

Every account created must match the correct information of the customer. Please make sure your name and birthdate match your government-issued ID.

A high-security third-party server protects all your personal information. FLUUKY does not store your payment information; this information is highly secured by our payment gateway partners.

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and agree to FLUUKY’s terms and conditions by entering the draw.
Ticket Purchase: Each draw is based on the sale of a specific number of tickets. Once all tickets are sold, the draw is conducted live on FLUUKY’s social media platforms.
Draw Process: The winner is selected through an electronic random draw during the live event.
Winner Notification: FLUUKY will attempt to contact the winner using the details provided during the ticket purchase process. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 30 days, the prize is forfeited.
Prize Forfeiture: If a winner forfeits the prize, FLUUKY reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant or use it in a future draw.
Tree Planting Partnership: While every ticket purchase contributes to reforestation efforts through our partner, WeForest, FLUUKY cannot guarantee the exact location, survival rate, or number of trees planted.
Understanding and Agreement: By participating in the draw, participants acknowledge and accept the terms, including the nature of the tree planting efforts and the conditions surrounding the draw.

Items will be shipped to you via an insured premium delivery service. Upon delivery, the recipient must show valid identification documentation.

When your friend signs up with your referral code and makes their first purchase, both of you receive a 3.8 BHD credit to your individual account

Share your unique code with your family and friends. Once they sign up and plant their first tree, you get rewarded! You can find your referral code in your profile.

There are no limits to how many people you can refer, as long as they all make a purchase! The more friends you refer, the more we take essential steps towards reforestation.

You will receive a 3.8 BHD credit once your friend makes their first purchase using the unique code. 

Your friend will also receive a 3.8 BHD credit towards planting a tree.

It will automatically be credited to your basket once the referral is completed.

Plan Your Contribution: Based on your carbon footprint, determine how many trees need to be planted and how much it would cost to Compensate your yearly emissions
Select Your Subscription: Choose a monthly subscription amount based on your needs. This amount will be automatically deducted from your account, and the corresponding credit will be added to your FLUUKY account. 
Support Tree Planting: Your subscription will contribute to tree planting efforts to balance your carbon footprint

We have two tiers of loyalty programs: Silver and Gold.

Silver: grow 350 trees within a rolling 12-month period.
Gold: grow 700 trees within a rolling 12-month period.

Silver: 5% off on all draws, exclusive silver-tier draws on particular items, and a free ticket on your birthday.
Gold: 10% off all draws, priority customer service, access to silver exclusive draws, exclusive Gold-tier draws and events, exclusive events or product launches, and a free ticket on your birthday.

Rolling Period: Your tier status is determined by your total spend in any consecutive 12-month period. This is a rolling period, meaning it is continuously calculated from the date of your first qualifying purchase. Example: If you plant 350 trees in February, your Silver status will last until the end of the following February. To maintain your Silver status beyond that, you would need to plant another 350 trees before the end of the next February.
Tier Evaluation: Your account will be evaluated monthly to determine if the required spend for your current tier has been met in the preceding 12 months.
Downgrade Protection: If you achieve a higher tier, you will enjoy its benefits for a full 12 months, even if your spending does not reach the required amount in the following 12 months. After this 12-month period, your tier status will be adjusted according to your spending in the most recent 12 months
Notifications: Members will receive notifications when they are close to moving up a tier, when they have achieved a new tier, and if they are at risk of moving down a tier.

If you’ve purchased the Forester Package, you’ll enjoy Silver Tier benefits for 12 months. After that, your tier status will be reviewed based on FLUUKY’s regular loyalty program criteria.

Trees are planted on your behalf as soon as you make the purchase, so we cannot cancel your ticket nor offer a refund. All sales are final.
